However it doesn't work as well as it does in the video demonstration but it does work by hand. No complaints about the item it's very well done. Shipping was a little slow but that's not a huge deal. It is tested before being shipped out and its made at the same spec that it is showned on the video. If you are using a 3d printed pole I can't guarantee it will work the same as the original . Did you check to see if your pole is warped ? Make sure pole is clean and free from dust makes a huge difference. Shipping has a handling time . Weekends are not business days . Thank you
