I didn't refuse the return; the shop was closed during the first delivery attempt as I was in the hospital for cancer treatment. When we reopened, I accepted the delivery and issued a full refund. It s unfair for the customer to leave negative feedback when the error was theirs, compounded by Royal Mail’s incorrect claim that the delivery was refused, rather than unavailable.
