The telephone is as described and photographed: new and sealed. The seller provided plenty of clear photographs, as well as sending me a couple per my e-mail request. I just set the phone up yesterday, and it works perfectly. I appreciate the fact that a manual was included, since I still use appliance and electronic manuals. Overall, an efficient t/a.
