Ebay needs to delete all of this seller's items. such poor customer service all around.

I appreciated this. The seller provided me a return label and I shipped the wrong item back. Then I received a new box, and it was the same wrong item. I finally had to use the eBay return option, and the eBay claim function to receive my refund.
