Note that this board does not have Fan terminal to use a 3rd fan speed when thermostat is set to fan on. My original board did have one, but this is not a big deal. You just put the extra fan wire onto a spare terminal, and the board runs the fan from the heat and cool fan terminals.

I picked this one because it stated it will provide no cost technical support. When I received it ahead of my expectation, then I waited on Saturday morning to get in install and hope to have my 5 tons AC going. I called the Tech support and got all my questions answered before I begin. Bottom-line, the same tech provided above and beyond support to help me tackle my 23 years old system and make it work. My heartfelt appreciation to him.
