It is perfect for our 20# older dog. Received uber fast , went together easily and quickly, no complaints from our doggy. Highly recommend as long as you’re not expecting to go jogging with this or walk 5miles on roads every day. We got it for vacations only. We live on a farm and he roams here but can only do so much in a day. For NYC Or county fairs we got the buggy. Very happy!
