Swapped a longer whip in and tuned for cept using both my antenna analysers, now swr of 1.0:1 is between 26.855 and 27.505 and useable down to 26MHz and up to 28.5MHz. Fortunately not a problem for me as it was the base load I needed.

And yes some sellers do bend the whip when sending out thare antennas. Bought this as a bit of an experiment to use with my president randy 3 and the car kit. To see if it performes better than a supergainer. Not expecting miracles. I do have a sirio p 4000 .ps the mini shuttle look great quality and solid 👌
