The outside box didn't seem to be damaged, every couple of trays seemed properly protected, but half was broken... Shipping service to Chile is not reliable, can you claim any shipping insurance for the damaged goods?

Great value as bought bulk batch of 5 to get lower per unit price. Came well packaged in box with plenty of cardboard & bubble-wrap protection. Package arrived in good time 2 weeks from purchase - excellent & within delivery time expectations which was great, as I have had delays previously on some of my previous orders.
