    Very good product and a reasonable price shipping was fast on the sellers end. Wish buyers had the option on how it ships. Post office had the package for a week and never even notified us it was here said our address was undeliverable. Seller was great did everything right. Shipping went to C@$@ because I cannot choose ups or FedEx to deliver my packages. Our postal service in this country has went in the toilet

    Hello, I'm Sorry to hear of the issue with getting your package from the USPS. Your order normally would have shipped by UPS, but unfortunately you are in a UPS and FedEx Remote Area Surcharge area which means it is quite expensive to ship to your area with UPS and FedEx.

    Shipping was prompt and included tracking. The item arrived two days earlier than estimated, and was well-packed and in excellent condition, exactly as described. The seller thoughtfully included instructions on cutting the product to length to help avoid problems.
