You beat your delivery estimate by 4 or 5 days. It something that is nice to see, where you place an order, and someone on the other end is on it, and cares. Install went well. Everything well packaged and capped...and a nice little insert reminding of the importance to inspect the old compressor (so as to avoid another failure). I "saved" this seller. Would use again.

I thought the seller would send just the missing piece so I installed the 3 in hopes just receiving the 1 missing part. I even took pics of packing contents and sent them. I told them to check there inventory should be 1 extra at count. This is so frustrating they are assuming I'm a liar and cheat. 1 inside window sweep is what was missing and what I asked for not the whole set. Very disappointed in this seller to say the least.
