My old unit was stuck on defrost and it wouldn't even go into diagnostic mode. Instructions that seller sent via ebay messaging helped a lot. Unfortunately my door blend actuator was broken but that has since been fixed and I now have ice cubes and hot heat blowing like new. Thank you so much. I will send back the old unit a.s.a.p.

I had previously bought one from a different seller and found out too late that it was the wrong box. I had a million questions , they answered everyone the same day or the next working day . I'm sure customer service , was glad when I ran out of questions . LOL . My experience with these people have been amazing ! if I ever need anything related to this type of products, They'll be the ones I turn to !!!
