Clipping them in can be slightly tricky as it requires a bit of force, so be careful not to bend the cage, only apply force on the metal frame. Cheapest shipping option isn't that slow because they ship really quick. Arrived a day early. Great ordering experience.

But, they contacted me immediately. Offered me alternatives colors. Or the option to wait and they would 2nd day ship. Lee time was 3-4 days. I chose a diffrent color (blue) and boom they were here. I truly appreciate the honesty and speed of processing. I will be a repeat customer. The sound of these earphones are phenomenal!! Very comfy too!
