It is a rubbery material that is painted. I needed to return this because the upper arm could not pass over the bicep area, but the rest was good for a 13 year old boy (5’2”). My return was hassle free and received my refund promptly minus return shipping. Take time to measure-we did and still got it wrong.

This will make for a good piece of my Winter Soldier Halloween costume

We ordered a 3x and the shirt is more like an XL. The shirt is well made with good fabric. 💗 Shipping was WAY to much. I went to the post office myself, with package and max was $5.00 and was charged almost 14.50, not good. 😳 Shipped on the 8th received on the 16th. Not sellers fault.
