This batch that I purchased on Feb. 27 had no usable batteries, with 5 at 0.0V and the rest ranging up to 9.6V (new batteries have a voltage of at least 12.5V). The seller keeps changing the name of the seller so he can keep unloading bad stock on eBay buyers. It is not worth the time and frustration of returning these batteries.

They were packed in an envelope instead of a rigid box. Crushed or bent envelopes won't go through a printer. They should always be shipped in a rigid box.
