Seller offered partial refund for item, so I accepted. I was able to get it to fit after modifying the bar mounting screws to be closer together. Haven’t tested the rack yet. Seems ok quality.

I opened the package and was surprised that there was no packaging separating the two light housings from each other. From my experience in shipping computers, I knew this wasn't good. No apparent damage outside, but one of the lights were damaged internally. Seller communicated quickly, and tried to resolve with partial refund, would not send a replacement for broken part. So full refund it is. At least they sent a return label.
