More for a child or young adult than a 34 y/o 130lb 5'4" woman ( only saying my size to say I'm not out of the ordinary "normal" size range. But the experience was fine. The seller DID list the dimensions of size in the description, I just figured an adult neck pillow is an adult neck pillow but hey, now I've learned it's not a one size fits all kind of thing. Again, NOT THE SELLERS FAULT.
