Packed well and came with instructions on hat etiquette (wonderful touch) and how to care for the hat. Don’t hesitate on ordering from this seller :^)

For some reason the shipping went to Atlanta to Montgomery Al and then back to Atlanta. That didn't make sense and probably cost a couple days in shipping. Shipping cost was a little high but the initial cost of the hat was good so total wasn't too bad.
