QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP, PRICE, STYLE, Layout where leash ring doesn't interfere with collar buckle. These folks CARE. SO DO I. Won't ever buy outside again. This is the last stop!! IF YOU WANT A LASTING COLLAR, Here it is. I like the other one I bought even MORE! It is soft, but sturdy leather, smooth and every line is perfect. The brass plaque with my Dogs name silently rides on the collar, no rattling, doesn't bum her out.

Pricing is comparable to other sellers. The package was CAREFULLY packed in a Ziploc(it was a liquid), then a small bubble mailer, which was then placed inside a larger bubble mailer, which was then packed into a box with paper padding. There was NO chance this little bottle of eye medicine for my puppy was getting damaged in transit! lol! Thank you seller.
