You sent the Fiskers 8" scissors but I ordered the 7 " pair. I already have a pair of the 8" size, and though what you sent is a very nice pair of scissors they aren't the ones I need or ordered. Since you have not been accepting my messages to try to correct this problem I have no other recourse than to leave you negative feedback. morningglorymonarch

I'm assuming it worked it's way out of the hole. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement quickly. So this was a great transaction. Thank you to the seller. I had to cancel due to the USPS letting my purchase sit in their possession for 8 days waiting to be accepted! No one would answer the phone. The Postal Service is a disgrace.
