The new item did not have a spring in the bulb as the picture described, but after contacting the dealer, he explained that he had contacted Stihl, and the new part is OEM, but they no longer are shipping with the spring inside. I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it. This is a good value for a genuine part.

Apparently they only had a single bolt left in stock, so my order was short. I contacted the seller and got a response asking if the package was damaged when it arrived. It was not damaged, so the seller checked his stock, but they were out, so he could not get another kit to me in a timely manner, so he gave me a full refund for the purchase. I think this shows mistakes can happen to anyone, but being a good business man he did the right thing,
