The new item did not have a spring in the bulb as the picture described, but after contacting the dealer, he explained that he had contacted Stihl, and the new part is OEM, but they no longer are shipping with the spring inside. I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it. When the Louziana USPS froze my package in Shreveport the shipper stayed in contact with me. And even gave me a refund even though the package being multiple days hung up by tge postal service. I will definitely be doing more business with you. It arrived today. This had nothing to do with you Mower Parts. Our Louziana postal service botched this shipment
