One complaint is that the bags are heat sealed into individual sizes so one of my bags of flavor, the seal wasn't complete so I've lost quite a bit of flavoring before I can us it. My other 5 bags are sealed well. It is just the one. Pina colada smells like lemon and looks like lemon. I haven't made it yet so I guess I will have to see if it tastes the same as lemon. I didn't receive a confirmation that they receive request for flavors. That would have been nice.
