The reply was prompt but said it would be scanned once it reached my state. That’s not how USPS works. I reached out again and got the same copy/paste reply telling me to wait a month before I could claim a refund. Apparently eBay stepped in because I got another identical reply before eBay (not the seller) told me I was refunded. Weeks wasted.
