I filed a complaint and seller responded, suggesting that I should glue separated parts together again. I refused to do that and insisted on full refund + return of the item back to seller, at their expense. I had to escalate the matter to eBay Customer Service for resolution. After several days and due to the seller's lack of communication, eBay Customer Service refunded my money.
