They don't seem to understand that although the item may have been delivered to the click and collect store I was never informed of it's arrival and the tracking says it never reached READY in the delivery info. so I would never have been able to collect without the collection ref. or alternately the bar code. Screen shots sent to the seller.

I ordered black, they sent grey?? they said, white was not in stock? Send back for refund. What they haven't responded to is, not only they sent incorrect colour assuming will be exceptable, they expect me to return at my expense? What they should have done is not to send incorrect colour. Send me a return slip so I can get full refund. I'm now out of pocket due to their mistake,. Not a way to run a buisness.
