Accidentally sent the incorrect product upon contact/explanation of difficulty I would have with return, seller immediately sent out proper product (which I received within 3 days of contact) and arranged for incorrect product to be picked up and returned to them. All I had to do was place the package for pickup by USPS. I deeply appreciate the efforts of seller Thrilled! I am disappointed tho’ that my last message to them went unanswered. They ship fast which I appreciate but they do not pad the cases inside and there are always about 20-30 cases that are broken upon arrival. (I buy in lots of 200) the last two orders had a lot of broken cases. It would be helpful if they wrapped them in bubble wrap padding in the box.
