Everything has been high quality, good value, and exactly as described. Shipping is always fast. I did have an issue with a stone in an auction item I purchased, so I contacted the seller. They were able to send me a replacement quickly. Excellent customer service!

Item should NEVER been sold as it was damaged (and not wearable) probably during manufacturing. Nothing about its condition was described during the selling auction. Throwing this item away. I will say that the seller did refund me which I appreciate. Shipping time is ok. Packaging good. Other items purchased from this seller were ok, so I will say that I recommend this seller. Everyone makes mistakes.
