I had to request the item be refunded but instead of responding to my request, they shipped the item anyways. Absolutely zero communication and would not respond to my messages. On 2/13/23 the buyer opened an "Item Not Rec'd" case on Ebay well after the part had shipped & tracking info was provided. Ebay, of course, closed the case in our favor. There was never any request from the buyer to cancel the order or request a refund. The buyer caused his own delay by not reading the listing and lying about it is quite unprofessional, we will be reporting this feedback.
