Seller took care of it, but when ordering DOT & sending out novelty, not good! Especially when I was charged for a DOT helmet - I would not have known had I not ordered the 2nd helmet. Again, the seller handled it satisfactorily, but still concerning.

Inside the box the mattress was still in the plastic wrapper and appeared to be brand new. I saw no obvious defects, according to the manufacturing date on the label it was about 1.5 years old but it appeared to be in mint condition.
