First item I received was missing both the bottle opener & the bracket but the seller sent out a replacement the same day which was complete. I had ordered one through Amazon previously (different seller) which also arrived incomplete. Beaumont seem to supply this in 3 unsealed plastic bags which is very unhelpful but not the seller's fault.
