Adding the personalisation was tricky with a message coming up saying the personalisation could not be sent to the seller and the seller should contact the buyer. I tried contacting the seller asking them to confirm whether the personalisation had been received or not but did not receive a reply. Despite this confusion the card arrived quickly with the correct personalisation.

I emailed the seller twice for a refund (on principle) of the unused £1.99 but got not response on either occasion.
