I ordered a size to small , I contacted them , they replied within 24 hrs , it was returned and a new one a size larger was with me within the week , they even arranged postage for a day I was home . The seller behaved in a professional manner throughout and kept me informed .The goods finally arrived 14 February and were well packed. The leather is soft and flexible and the coat is in good condition, fits well and looks good. I normally take size 2XL but ordered this coat in 3XL so it fits well over winter wear. Good value for money and a responsive seller.Mens Knee Length Leather Trench Coat Black Lambskin Double Breasted Classic 6970 (N° 205103946987)
