Communications with this business regarding this issue was very good. I still don't have the item after a very long time, but that's partially my fault as well, and I've received partial refund. I would still purchase from this business again. Only thing I can suggest is to check with buyer before dispatching from another location.

There is no padding in palm. The thumb is terry towling not leather as pictured. I specifically ordered WGL L7R as I have been using them for years. These new ones are not WGL L7R but a cheap knock off...i can't find anything stating WGLL7R anywhere on the new gloves. I can tell they will be lucky to last a couple of weeks as the material is some synthetic crap. The mistake was caught 1 day later and they had already had it out for shipment, and the company did everything they could to help with the error. With many communications, UPS ended up returning the boxing mitts back to the company, and they immediately sent them out to the correct address without even asking for additional shipping costs. When the mitts arrived I found them to be great quality at a good price. Thank you!

After the evri driver kept my parcel I reported this to the seller (and evri) and B2 fitness replied promptly and sent me out another to replace the stolen item which I really appreciate as it was a Christmas present for my husband. The lifting hooks were packaged really well and are of really high quality. I can’t recommend this company enough they have been great.
