I guess you can't trust the initial description, you have to read the fine print to get to the truth. It is described in the very first line of the description box. Second, it is chrome. Both metal and high impact ABS can be chromed. Chrome is a plating not a solid. Many parts of your car and home plumbing fixtures are made this way. Put next to each other and you can't tell which is which. And metal rusts plastic doesn't. Once on your car you won't know the difference and will ultimately be very happy. Like 10's of thousands of our other customers have been.

After notifying Section 13 Graphics that the wrong item with the same catalog name was shipped, they immeadiately issued a Return Authorization and a refund. I re-entered the original order the 2nd time and all went exremely well. The correct item arrived in perfect condition.
