I received a book at the same time that had taken 11 days to come from a seller only 30 miles away! Amazing service and value - The lens was as described, securely packed and, although I have only taken a few shots with it so far, seems to be as great as the reviews claim. Item sits at their office for 4 to 5 days. I received a phone call asking me to contact them but without proper explanation. Normally, I received an email from DHL asking me if I want to pay in advance for custom. This time, I end up paying 10$ custom fee plus 18$ administrative fee. Had to visit one of their office to discover all that.I paid. Still without Custom Canada slip. Worst experience ever. Never DHL[Exc+5] Sinar F 4X5 Front Standard w/Lens Boad From JAPAN (N° 197033822610)
