By the tracking number my item arrived in town (Memphis, Tn.) on time. They then held it for a couple of days. The next time it moved USPS sent it to Orlando, Fl. area. It bounced around there a few days thru several distribution centers before returning to Tn. After 11 days of traveling it finally arrived to me.... I cannot believe the prices they charge and how long it takes to get to you. It’s unreal. I could probably drive to you and deliver your products faster than the mail does USPS is beyond unbelievable, I don’t like USPS I’m seriously thinking of changing companies and I’m sorry that happened to you
