However the socks were the wrong style and had to be returned. Seller had excellent communications and kept me informed at every step of the selling, return/refund and shipping process. I would buy from this seller again in the future, and it would be without any reservations. Overall EXCELLENT customer service!

Shipping was very fast, especially considering there was a major holiday. I really prefer Franklin Library books to be in a box to protect the edges and corners, but there was adequate bubble wrap inside the padded mailer, and all was well.
