I contacted the seller and they immediately gave me a refund on the item. I’m happy with the item that was good and I appreciated the quick response from the seller. The items were as described and pictured with good packaging and timely shipping. I would happily buy from this seller again.

I reached out to the seller and they were quick to respond and send a replacement item! The second bobeche arrived packaged extra thoughtfully and was unharmed. The measurements and pictures in the listing were spot on, so this bobeche worked perfectly to replace the one my chandelier was missing.
