The missing package was returned to my home several days later by a neighbor and my claim was cancelled. Seller was very cooperative throughout. I would buy from this seller again.

The amplifier was wrapped in an old blanket and not in packing material like bubble wrap, paper or foam. The top of the box it came in was crushed in, check the photos.
