    Though the items was listed as opened box and in new condition, I found it just as advertised. The seller sent it by USPS and it arrived in super quick time in extra protective packaging.     100% recommend this seller. Condition exactly as described, damaged box but new and unopened collars. I was able to use them right away, they are working perfectly fine.     I’m not crazy about the packaging, but was lucky enough to have a bottle hanging around that I could transfer them into.
