    I won Ruth’s auction for her Urban Arrow cargo bike. My family and I were over the moon about being the winning bidders (we have been searching for almost 1yr to find one we could afford and which was local). 3 hours after the auction ended the seller cancels the transaction. She stated to eBay “buyer asked to cancel” in order to cancel the transaction, which was completely false. I tried to resolve the issue with Ruth however all my messages have since been ignored. Very upsetting experience.

    From my side- the 'buyer' asked all kind of questions for the last days before the auction finished and got a single response to every one of them... he tried to arrange a video viewing of the bike and shared his number via a photo- which I ignored- as this is a fair platform- and I am not giving advantages to anybody! It is also not allowed to share your mobile number via ebay! After he won the auction I than got another message if he could pay cash- which again- I thought was highly odd.
