    Seller , led me to believe they had the item which I had communication with seller for a couple of days . I feel seller should have known , check their inventory . This was a waste of time and effort to wait for me to pay , for seller to realize they do not have the item or it is damaged . Disappointed with this seller performance .     I negotiated with the customer and reduced the Betsy Johnson earrings to a great price + Free Shipping. However, when I was preparing the item for shipment, I noticed that the earrings were damaged. I notified the customer of the damage and apologized for any inconvenience. Therefore, I could not ship the damaged earrings to the customer.
