They replied with a code to use for an educational discount, but I already placed the order. Wrote back with thanks but order was already placed - they issued me a credit anyway! Customer service the way it's supposed to be done. Thank you so much!!

Initiated a return and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The seller was apologetic and professional. Received a message same day from eBay (after I dropped the PC off at FedEx) stating I received a refund.
