As he was packaging the necktie, described as new with tag, he noticed one side of the label stitching had come loose, so he gave me a considerable refund. I wound up paying only $12 (including shipping) for an $80 necktie with price tag still present. Aside from being more than fair, this seller is an excellent communicator.
