Minutes later reposted the item at a higher starting bid price. I tried to message the buyer to try and find a solution, but they didn’t care what I had to say. Won the item again and finally got it. Instead of understanding he bullies me way too far to upset me. Seller has option to refund money, so I did not break any rules, this is rare, all other sellers have good reviews. If he can't understand condition of family and wants to scream at me he can enjoy his refund for now.

Seller accused me of damaging power ribbon cord which was obviously damaged previously to arrival(several bends in the ribbon cord) After hooking up unit and finding it was defective, I immediately contacted seller. He said I damaged the cord.
