  The wrong cartridge was sent - it was standard size, not XL. I contacted the vendor and they agreed to a return and refund straight away. Certainly can't fault them for that and I was able to purchase an XL cartridge elsewhere for £5.00 cheaper - result!

  Item delivered was not as described (a girl's toy came instead). Contacted seller, who said there was a labelling error. Returns process was smooth, and the right product was despatched, along with extra as an apology. Everybody makes mistakes, but the seller rectified it quickly, so fair dos. Will use again if opportunity arises.
