My product was as described, brand new in perfect condition and at a really good price. It arrived on a hanger and covered in plastic, just as if you purchased from a store. The shipping was quick and arrived in a sturdy box. The seller did a great job in all phases including communication. Thanks for a 5-star purchase!

The item was packaged well however the item had a slight odor but after airing out there was no odor. I believe this odor was due to being in a plastic bag probably longer than for the shipping of the item. The item was very reasonably price and seller was easy to work with. I am very please with the quality of the skirt and can’t wait to wear it. Thank you.

But FEDEX did keep me apprised of shipment status. Shoes were very well packed with original box and in pristine condition. Great price. Very happy customer with this seller but not with the courier. Have bought again from seller - clearly my faith is in the seller.
