The item listing pics did show ONLY the truck mode, so I couldn't confirm if jaw piece was missing or not! I was able to get a full REFUND, which was greatly appreciated. Seller prioritizes customer service & satisfaction. If you have issues after delivery, do NOT be afraid to contact them!!
