The knife was exactly as described - slightly used but undamaged and in great condition. I would've payed even more for a discontinued high-value Victorinox like this. Packaging was great (multiple layers to protects it). Postage wasn't cheap but certainly was reasonable - that's the price one pays for getting a thing over half of the world.

Seller was responsive, and we resolved it with a $30 partial refund, allowing me to keep it. Fair, reasonable, and quick responses.
