I took pictures , sent them with an explanation that my daughter and I collect Lorcana and she loves getting them graded. They were completely understanding and offered to replace the card free of charge ( I offered to send the one I received back but they let me keep it as well). Great customer service ! Will buy again!!

Will come back and edit to positive if we can resolve the matter. **Updated - Seller reached out and was willing to make a full refund of the lost card.
